The 8 payoff matrices in the graph on this answer template, labelled A,B ...to H, illustrate various types of 2x2 simultaneous games. Payoffs are in letters (lower is better, eg "A" indicates more preferred than "B")) or numbers (higher is better). For each of the following 9 questions, "a" through "i", identify from the 8 payoff matrices those games that fit the description in the question. In every case the question is "Which of these games is an ..XYZ type ...game? Write your answer on the line next to the question (an example is provided in the first line). You do NOT have to rewrite the payoff matrices in your answer booklet; you do NOT have to show me your analysis. There may be more than one game that answers the question...if so identify all of those games in your answer. There may be no games of that type - in this case write NONE. Make sure your name and student ID’s are clearly written at the top of this answer sheet.
