- Topic: the concept of moral hazard, principals and agents, and incentive contracting; repeated games & reputations starts in week 10

- read: Dixit and Skeath ch 14 (do NOT worry about any of the math in this chapter - only the ideas and simple games we examine in class matter - but some of these ideas are VERY cool) Pratt Zeckhauser overview is also very readable - with great concepts ; Kreps on incentives is also very good - has some spreadsheet examples ...; Milgrom and Roberts on controlling moral Hazard..
- NOTE- every exam for the past decade has included an "essay" type question on the problem of credibility in strategic games
Lecture 18 : TUESDAY Oct 5 2010 Repeated Games and reputations
